I’m sorry I waited so long to write this. My brother passed away on Sept 18, 2021. I live in Canada and was his next of kin. All this in a pandemic. The people at Simplicity were beyond helpful. I don’t know how we would have gotten through this stressful time without their compassion and help. I cannot speak highly enough of them. Due to some odd little twists and turns, I wasn’t sure I would even have my brother’s cremains before I had to return to Canada, but they made it happen. I am forever grateful.

We have used Simplicity twice, once for my Grandmother in 2015. She had already made her arrangements through another funeral home but they went out of business and Simplicity picked up her policy, they were wonderful through the whole process. We needed their services again when my Mom passed suddenly in 2021 and we had no arrangements for her. They again were extremely helpful and guided us through the whole process, allowing us to see my Mom twice before her cremation. I have recommended their services them to several family and friends and I am starting my own pre planning to take anything off of my children's plate upon my passing. I cannot say enough about how kind their staff is. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We used Simplicity for my .Dan. My daughter found this place on line and we used it because the owner is a veteran, as well as my husband was. The compassion and sincere need to help us through this unsettling ordeal was outstanding. Many members of our family and extended families have used Simplicity as well.

Our sincere gratitude for everything that Simplicity has done to help us through a difficult process. For most families, the services and procedures are completely unfamiliar, but still must navigate through it all relying on and trusting in others for guidance. Simplicity filled the roles of both trusted guide and full service provider exceptionally well. Everything was explained and all questions kindly answered despite the staff very probably being asked the same questions countless times before by other families. The transparency and upfront disclosure were a relief - no hidden charges or upcharges - which were gratefully appreciated. Even the post-cremation interaction and their follow up have been exceptional. Both the staff and the company mission put the family and loved ones first. Simplicity was truly a blessing for our us.

My family and I would love to Thank the staff at Simplicity. Our loss was very unexpected, Carlton died from a 5 day bout with Covid 19, and we were so unprepared. We made several calls to places, his wish was always cremation.After speaking to the gals on Sunday, finally having to decide, they were wonderful. They treated us as if they were part of our family, they cared, they listened..not once did they try to “oversell” us (as horrible as it sounds, I’ve witnessed that happening) they knew we were vulnerable and emotionally cooked. Thank you so very much for the time you put in just on the prayer cards alone, I think I changed the picture 7 times. Not once were they annoyed. They were prompt, polite but most of all, personable ! They kept us updated, even had a follow up call. Again, Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We can not thank Simplicity enough. The professionalism and compassion they showed our family during this very difficult time was above and beyond what we expected. They listened to what we needed and what we wanted. Never were we pressured to purchase additional services or merchandise other than what we asked for. Since we were all coming from quite a distance, scheduling to accommodate us all was of great importance. Simplicity was exceptional in working with us to fit our schedule. We appreciate all the staff did for us at this very difficult time.
