He loved crabbing and music and even worked at the Capitol Center briefly in order to see and meet as many bands as possible. In 1982, he met Annette Beach. They married in 1987 and had two beautiful children, Kathleen in 1990 and Billy in 1993. Together they enjoyed cookouts, swimming, soccer games and trips to Ocean City as well as time spent with other family members. Bill graduated from Surrattsville High School in 1975. He worked in construction before joining the Washington Gas Company in 1989. There, he ascended quickly until being diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder in 2001. An extraordinarily intelligent, moral and compassionate man, Bill leaves behind a son Billy, daughter Kathleen, ex wife Annette, brother John, niece Kellie, nephew John and many other loving relatives and a host of friends.
