Obituary for George James Weaver Jr.

George James Weaver Jr., 68, of Baltimore, MD passed away Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at Oakwood Care Center in Baltimore, MD. George was born May 17, 1951 in Baltimore, MD. He was the son of Anna Marie Gossman-Weaver of Baltimore and George James Weaver Sr. of Baltimore. George is survived by his children, Sarah Diamond and her husband Lyle Diamond Jr., son Jacob Weaver, and son Lucas Weaver Sr. and his wife Maria Weaver. He is also survived by five grandchildren, Tre Diamond, Alayna Diamond, Chase Weaver, Lucas Weaver Jr. and Liam Weaver.
George is a retired Baltimore City Deputy Sheriff who enjoyed spending time with his family, traveling, billiards, and NASCAR.
George’s family will honor him in a private ceremony and have asked that in lieu of flowers, family and friends make donations to the Dementia Society of America.
